terms of service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of services below. (Please find the 3 hidden words and send it as well when contacting me, so that i'd know that you've read my TOS)

general terms
1. The artist (meimin) retains all copyright over the final commissioned artwork, and is not transferable to the client. I may post the artwork publicly, and/or be added in my portfolio, unless discussed otherwise. Don’t claim the artwork as your own. The final artwork cannot be altered or edited in any way.
2. Turnaround time is 1 week - 3 weeks depending on my workload and/or real life stuff. It may take less time if I have more free time and less workload. Queue time is excluded.
3. Base price of commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Please make sure that you have visual reference(s) and/or existing designs of your character. First word is sugar. Client must provide clear, complete, and coherent visual references/designs to avoid difficulties and issues during commission process.
5. Artist may refuse commissions or revisions if uncomfortable or against TOS.
6. Revisions are okay during sketches. First 2 minimal revisions are free during coloring. For skeb-like art, only 1 revision is allowed and it must be for fixing wrong character details only. (example: the character's hair is blue in the reference but I colored green instead)
7. Art style may slightly change over time.
8. The full TOS will be also sent along the invoice to protect both parties. Breaking any terms stated will result in being blacklisted from any future commissions, and may involve legal actions.
9. if the client hasn't replied for 7 days and the artwork has been fully paid, the commission will be finished accordingly to meet the deadline. if the client hasn't replied for 7 days during sketch stage (unpaid), the commission will be scrapped.
10. for yumeship art: I will draw any yumeship as long as it's not a real/political/problematic figure. I have every right to decline if uncomfortable. This is a professional business and my only job is to draw your requests. You don't need to commission me if you're uncomfortable with "doubles". Do not attack me or my clients.

files and final artwork terms
1. Final files will be sent through GDrive.
2. Watermarked version must be posted on social media.
3. Artist can resend files within 1 week after delivery only.
4. Progress updates will be provided (except for skeb-like commissions). Second word is water.
5. If the time comes that the artist runs out of storage for future comms, the client will be reminded to save their files to help the artist save up space.
6. Revisions are no longer allowed after final artwork has been sent.

payment terms
1. For international clients, payments are in USD. Accepted payment methods are PayPal and Wise. For local clients, only GCash, GoTyme, and Maribank are accepted.
2. Payment options are full upfront or 50% after sketch. Skeb-like commissions require full payment before sketch.
3. Strictly no refunds after the invoice is given unless I cancel the commission myself (base price - % of finished work).
4. Extra fees apply for complexity of the artwork.
5. Prices may change without prior notice.
Personal use free using as pfp, banner, posting/showing art on streams/other socials
Commercial use +50% for monetized content (assets/branding), +100% for merchandise, song/cover illustrations or any reselling related use
